It’s extremely unlikely that you will fall off the trampoline. Our coaches guide you through the basics and you can always take it at your own pace. You will build core strength, proprioception and balance the more you practice.

For in-person bounce classes, we require grip socks. When taking class on your personal trampoline at home you can decide if you choose to workout in grip socks, barefoot, or with shoes. We recommend wearing grip socks or going barefoot at home, because doing this will help improve your balance faster. Your foot muscles will also grow stronger with time. Do not wear ordinary socks as you may slip! If you prefer the added stability sneakers give, please wear them. Sneakers are also great when doing HIIT workouts that have you both on and off the trampoline.

We encourage you to listen to your body and do what works best for you. We find that starting with our initial complimentary consultation helps to set you up for success. We then recommend working your way through our Level 1 series to get comfortable on the tramp and learn proper bounce form, then begin taking the Level 2 classes.

We offer options for both shorter (10, 15 & 20 minutes ) and longer (30 & 40 minutes) workouts. We recommend squeezing in whatever you can, and we’re happy to make personalized recommendations depending on your fitness goals. Once you make rebounding a part of your daily life, you will start reaping the benefits of the closest thing science has found to a fountain of youth.

Yes! Our classes are for all levels, and no experience is needed. We build combinations and coordination through our method. Our classes are a great way to develop the skills that allow you to undertake a number of actions requiring concentration: bouncing, balancing, maintaining the body’s position, and anticipating the next action. This is proven to have a positive impact on bilateral motor skills, as well as allowing you to control different muscles and limbs simultaneously.

Just like starting anything new, it can take 3-5+ classes to begin to feel coordinated on the trampoline, however you will begin to strengthen your mind-body connection fairly quickly. Be patient with yourself and have fun!
